Job Description: Private Sector Key Account Manager
The Private Sector is a key growth area for Organon, with a growing number of private insurance holders and a significant presence of private hospitals and healthcare professionals.
As a Private Sector Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales objectives for assigned private health accounts by leveraging relationships to further penetration in existing accounts and prospecting for new private health customers in the private market.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales objectives for assigned private health accounts
- Build and apply understanding of private health customer organizations and networks to develop relationship maps
- Develop and maintain strong, effective and constructive relationships with external private health customers/partners
- Formulate comprehensive and insightful key accounts plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and ensure sales opportunities through customer impacts (calls, digital impact, etc.) on the key accounts
- Support and collaborate with other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts
- Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players
- Make changes as needed from new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives
- Competitive intelligence to analyze environment, territory sales and competitors
- Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights
- Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan
- Develop relationships always under compliance
- Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels
- Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities
Requirements:
- University degree
- MBA/Postgraduate highly valuable
- 3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment
- 2 years' experience in account management
- Skills: Client Relationship Management, Strategic Account Planning, Communication and Negotiation, Financial and Analytical Acumen, Project Management and Organization
