Your Impact:
Achieve business growth by empowering channels and distributors to sell Axon's products and services.

About the Role:
In this position, you will collaborate with the Global Sales Programs & Partnerships team to deliver value to end customers. Expand relationships with current and new partners, manage a portal for seamless communication, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engagements with technical and sales partners
• Develop partner growth plans that enable partners to build Axon solutions for public sector clients
• Equip partners with a clear understanding of Axon's value proposition and provide access to technical resources
• Collaborate with marketing, corporate development, and direct sales teams to empower channel and distributor sales

About You:
We seek an experienced professional who can drive innovation and growth through partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building relationships across various stakeholder groups and has excellent presentation skills. A strategic mindset with strong execution focus is essential, along with impeccable attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Salesforce and Excel.

Benefits:
