Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe Transformers

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe Transformers, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in the region and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on managing and growing the team, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring the team is equipped to meet sales targets.

The role requires daily interaction with Market Managers within the region, covering the entire Transformer portfolio. You will be responsible for generating the Salesforce pipeline for both short-term (quarterly view) and mid-term (year-end and following year) goals. Additionally, you will need to feed the HUB M&S/HUB Management with the latest market intelligence and price feedback, and collaborate with the HUB Product Marketing team for overall tendering preparation.

You will also be responsible for business development and serving as the BU speaking partner for smaller countries' opportunities. Consolidation and reporting on demand sales, prioritization of HUB main pursuits, and ensuring good data quality in our tools are also key responsibilities.

Travel may be required from time to time to any HUB country, and you will be expected to back up the HUB M&S as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the sales team in the region
  • Build a talent pipeline and ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets
  • Generate the Salesforce pipeline for short-term and mid-term goals
  • Feed the HUB M&S/HUB Management with market intelligence and price feedback
  • Collaborate with the HUB Product Marketing team for tendering preparation
  • Develop business opportunities and serve as the BU speaking partner for smaller countries

  • Prioritize HUB main pursuits and ensure good data quality
  • Travel to HUB countries as needed and back up the HUB M&S
