Strategic Business Development Lead

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will lead the process of collecting, prioritizing and communicating help needed requests from various geographical sales markets. This role requires engaging with markets to understand their needs and working closely with the Global Business Unit (GBU) to align on the path forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management
- Aligning with partner teams on organizational metrics and targets
- Partnering with finance and market enablement teams to analyze business results trends
- Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior management at various forums
- Driving training on business tools to enhance and develop these tools further
Additional Responsibilities:
- Financial and operational analysis of different components of the MS business
- Addressing ad-hoc requests by management
Requirements:
- Strong background in project management, data analysis, and business tool training
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and drive organizational success
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related discipline
- Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related field
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This role impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
