**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Italian Market team. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in Italy.
**Responsibilities**
* Attend live chats and respond to customer inquiries on the phone when necessary.* Support the sales team with queries related to customer service.* Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.* Provide friendly and efficient service, manage complaints, and resolve situations between customers and providers.* Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails - identify and escalate issues when necessary.* Compose thoughtful and accurate message responses.* Proactively and independently work to meet customer service KPIs.
**Requirements**
* Native or proficient level C2 in Italian.* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in customer service, ideally within the logistics sector.* Familiarity with online customer service platforms, including online chat and ticketing systems.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate empathy, kindness, and friendliness.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be solution-driven.
