We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is tech-savvy, and has a strong passion for sales. If you have 1-2 years of experience in sales, are an active listener, and are comfortable making cold calls, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle, qualifying leads, and engaging with prospective accounts. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers in other organizations and delivering tailored solutions to businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to deal closure
  • Qualify and identify incoming leads to engage effectively with prospective accounts
  • Feel comfortable making cold calls to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand the needs of target prospects and passionately convey the value of our platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in other organizations
  • Deliver and sell tailored solutions to businesses, successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth

**Salary:** €40,000 - €60,000 per annum (based on location and performance)
