Sales Performance Leader in Cataluña, Aragon and Balearic Islands

The Sales Performance Leader will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 4 Sales Representatives in the Cataluña, Aragon and Balearic Islands region. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and will be able to define and implement optimal routes to market for their team.
In this role, you will:
• Push your team to accelerate sellout of products at store level through commercial levers such as assortment, distribution, share of shelf and secondary placement
• Secure and upgrade headquarter agreements, including promotional execution
• Lead, train and coach your team to achieve their best performance, defining their route to market and objectives with the Field Sales Manager
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic sales team working closely with the Field Sales Manager Spain to drive business results in the region. You will have the opportunity to work on key strategic and transformational projects, such as route to market definition and rollout of new CRM tools in collaboration with trade marketing and perfect store departments.
