About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the North and Canary Islands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent social skills, with a high level of organizational and creative competence. They will also be passionate about delivering fantastic results, be an example to others, and continuously look for better ways to do things.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.
- Be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data-driven organization, leveraging an on-offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e-commerce and management systems like CRM.
- Analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.
- Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.
- Align internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP.
- Monitor implementation and results.
Requirements
- Degree or master's degree in sales, e-commerce, business administration, or management.
- 3+ years of experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience related to business analytics or similar.
- Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI.
- Located in North of Spain.
- High level of English.
