Main Responsibilities

">

You will achieve double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies. You will foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.

You will be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data-driven organization, leveraging an on-offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e-commerce and management systems like CRM. You will analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.

You will coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan. You will align internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP. You will monitor implementation and results.

Key Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will have a degree or master's degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration, or management. You will have 3+ years of experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience, etc.). You will have 3+ years of experience related to business analytics or similar.

You will possess excellent social skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a high level of organizational and creative competence. You will demonstrate passion, energy, and a clear results-oriented focus with proven leadership skills. You will maintain a Win-Win mindset when negotiating with clients.
