Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement the sales support strategy for the designated area, in line with the global support strategy. Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach a team of Application Engineers to deliver technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions to support customer processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting sales development in a country/region through defining and developing the Application team and application sales strategy.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinating and managing a transversal ABB team that develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software applications.
  • Supporting in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts to secure new businesses.
  • Leading interdepartmental communication among Front End Sales Team, Bid&Proposal Team, and the technical team.

You will join a highly talented group key to designing, developing, and quoting competitive solutions based on AMR technology. The Automated Mobile Robotic Global Solution Center within the Bid and Proposal team at ABB develops and quotes competitive solutions based on AMRs within the Robotic Division. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, we strive to empower our employees to create cutting-edge solutions.

We estimate an annual salary range of approximately $80,000-$120,000 based on industry standards and location. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.
