Job Description

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships in our SEM business across Galicia, Euskadi, Navarra, La Rioja, and Castilla y León. The primary focus will be on developing potential target customers through a specialization platform. Key objectives include forecasting annual sales, margins, and volume growth. Successful candidates must have the ability to sell at all levels of management, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through new business development.
  • Achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales.
  • Implement customer-centric selling skills and tools to approach the sales process with professionalism and effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Establish and track new business targets consistent with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and project facilitators.
  • Prospect and cold call to identify opportunities and capture service opportunities at strategic accounts.
Requirements
  • Become an industry and product expert to leverage successes across the industry.
  • Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers.
  • Implement Avient's pricing and market strategies as well as business practices.

Estimated salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
