Senior Sales Executive North Spain

Job Description: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and achieving stated gross margin targets in the North Spain region. This role involves developing a deep understanding of customers' business strategies and identifying opportunities to leverage Avient's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Avient's products and services to key decision-makers, focusing on developing strategic relationships and driving sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted sales plans.
- Establish strong networks within designated accounts, leveraging cross-functional collaboration to drive results.
- Implement effective CRM system management, utilizing tools like scorecards, business reviews, and EVE tools to optimize sales performance.
- Deliver robust new business development, approaching the sales process with professionalism and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a leadership or senior executive capacity.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving gross margin targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted solutions.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
