  • Develop and implement sales support strategies for designated areas aligning with global objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Application Engineers to deliver technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions to customers.
  • Showcase expertise by supporting sales development in countries/regions through defining and developing Application teams and application sales strategies.

About the Role

This position is part of the Autonomous Mobile Robotics Product Group within the Robotic Division in Spain. It involves working with a transversal ABB team to develop and implement solutions, product packages, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include coordinating and managing teams, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and leading interdepartmental communication among the Front End Sales Team, Bid and Proposal Team, and technical teams.

Qualifications

A high-qualified communicator with a willingness to lead and work with a young, transversal, and international team. Experience in AMR or automated logistics systems and knowledge of Salesforce, Autocad, and Microsoft Excel are required.
