Business Development Manager Spain

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

The Role:
You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute a customer-focused business strategy, driving revenue growth and market share. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing target results and adjusting strategies to meet objectives
- Ensuring product availability and tracking key performance indicators
- Delivering training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement
- Developing and executing quarterly business plans to drive performance
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- 2-3 years of previous experience managing accounts within the HORECA channel
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience with platforms such as UVE, Forcemanager, PowerBi
