Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Global Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive new business by acquiring gaming and non-gaming app marketers in Europe. (User Acquisition and Re-Engagement).

Responsibilities:
1. Owns the full sales cycle from customer identification to prospecting to closing new deals,
2. Presents Aarki's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies,
3. Secures new business contracts and successfully launches new customers,
4. Leverages our marketing resources (content, event, ABM) to close business and drive awareness for the brand,
5. Attends key industry events and conferences,
6. Is a self-starter who operates independently and balances long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive aggressive growth for the company in the region,
7. Stays current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising,
8. Meets quarterly and annual revenue goals through a deep understanding of Aarki's suite of solutions,

Requirements:
1. 3-5+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising;
2. Experience with mobile DSPs, User Acquisition and Retargeting is a plus;
3. Strong knowledge of mobile marketing techniques and technologies (user acquisition, re-targeting, DSPs, ad networks, exchange, SSPs, SKAN, attribution, etc.).
4. Established network of relationships with app marketers or media agencies across the Americas region;
5. A strategic consultative seller; well-researched about customers, genuinely curious about their business challenges and able to bridge the gap between customer need and Aarki's resources (products, people etc.).;
6. Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills, and experience operating across several levels of an organization;
7. Builder mindset; this is not just an AE role. This is the opportunity to 10X a business. We're looking for someone who is inspired by that challenge;
8. Works well with internal stakeholders across CS, product, and marketing;
9. Self-starter with the ability to work independently;

Location: Flexible (Barcelona, Spain or Paris, France preferred)
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
