Senior Sales Development Manager for Northern Spain Region

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Northern Spain region. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this strategic area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and project facilitators at targeted accounts
- Develop and manage sales plans, budgets, and expense budgets to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and technical areas to drive profitable growth through solutions selling
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales development and management, preferably in a similar industry or geography
- Strong understanding of customer-centric selling approaches and effective communication skills
- Able to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure contracts and value packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
