As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be at the forefront of this mission, providing exceptional support to our Belgian customers.

About the Role

You will be in direct contact with our Belgian customers, assisting them with all their questions regarding the use of our software. Your primary goal is to build trust and rapport with your client contacts, ensuring that they receive personalized support and guidance throughout their journey with Protime.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Build knowledge and experience within the different domains of our applications.
  • Establish a relationship of trust with your client contacts.
  • Answer questions concerning the use of our Protime tools.
  • Advise your customers on how to optimize their Protime environment.
  • Develop an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive positive outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and autonomy
