As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be in direct contact with our Belgian customers, assisting them with all questions related to our software usage. Your responsibilities include building knowledge and experience within different domains of our applications, establishing trust relationships with clients, answering queries about Protime tools, and advising customers on optimizing their Protime environment. You will also develop an internal network and work closely with customer experts, sharing advice, delivering leads, and clarifying customer needs.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the operation and future of the team by taking a critical look at processes and implementing optimizations for our customer service. You will share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, take ownership of your role, and enjoy autonomy and initiative-taking opportunities. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in Flemish and English, and communicate professionally with customers.
