Job Title: Marketplace Seller Services and Recruitment Manager

Amazon's Marketplace is a dynamic and fast-growing business where millions of customers interact with hundreds of thousands of selling partners, ranging from individuals to large retailers.

We are seeking a talented and ambitious leader to join our Marketplace team in Spain as the Manager for Selling Partner Recruitment and Development.

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing our selling partner base across Spain.

You will be a strategic leader, providing direction and support to your team to drive business development conversations with top accounts, analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities, and develop scalable solutions to help our selling partners succeed.

A key part of your remit will be to coach and develop your team, enabling them to provide world-class support to our selling partners.

You will work closely with them to understand their needs, remove roadblocks, and empower them to deliver exceptional results. Your team will also collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to drive EU-wide initiatives and goals.

Beyond your team management responsibilities, you will also lead flagship projects at the Spain and/or EU level for developing new programs or products to improve the overall Marketplace, working closely with senior leadership and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance of a team of account managers responsible for the full sales cycle: from lead strategy to account management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to share insights, drive best practices, and capture scalable growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships and influence with strategic, large external key accounts such as high street retailers, publicly listed companies, and household brand names.
  • Actively coach the team's career growth and development.
  • Define and build initiatives working backwards from seller needs. Drive projects leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver scalable impactful solutions across EU.
