Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager in the Amazon Marketplace organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with our most strategic seller accounts. Leveraging your expertise in Amazon's Marketplace tools, programs, and logistics solutions, you will work closely with business owners to identify opportunities for improved seller performance and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply engage with strategic seller accounts to identify opportunities for improved performance
  • Analyze seller data and create tailored account plans to help top sellers achieve their goals
  • Advise sellers on the optimal use of Marketplace tools and programs, such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Ads

What You'll Achieve:

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our top-performing sellers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools, and will be responsible for escalating feedback to the appropriate teams.
