Key Responsibilities- Ownership of Category Strategy: Act as business owner of Consumables category in Spain and projects in Europe, auditing and reporting on input and output metrics, and developing a complete understanding of KPIs impacting the business.
- Project Management: Lead a variety of projects to drive growth and improve customer and seller experience across Consumables in Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize, inform, and analyze initiatives.
- Business Development: Work with direct selling partner recruitment teams to help identify strategic accounts and improve the customer experience for the category.
The role is part of the European Marketplace Consumables Team, responsible for the Marketplace Consumables EU performance. The team has a Head of Seller Services from five of the biggest European marketplaces, as well as Category Managers and Strategic Account Managers.
