At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a talented and ambitious leader to join our Marketplace team in Spain as the Manager for Selling Partner Recruitment and Development.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of Account Managers responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and growing our selling partner base across Spain.

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving business development conversations with top accounts, analyzing complex data to identify growth opportunities, and developing scalable solutions to help our selling partners succeed.

You will also have the opportunity to coach and develop your team, enabling them to provide world-class support to our selling partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and a talent for building relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the performance of a team of account managers responsible for the full sales cycle
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to share insights and drive best practices
  • Building relationships and influencing with strategic, large external key accounts
  • Actively coaching the team's career growth and development
  • Defining and building initiatives working backwards from the seller needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, management consulting, or roles with similarly broad scope of strategic planning, customer focus and management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management
  • Proven quantitative analytical capability, with experience in synthesizing data with an attention to details
  • Proven project management skills, driving collaboration and commitment from cross-functional teams, effectively prioritizing and focusing on critical paths

Spanish and English are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a recruitment role is advantageous
  • Knowledge of sales tools like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of databases, such as SQL, and other tools like Tableau
