Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and growing our selling partner base across Spain.
- Develop scalable solutions to help our selling partners succeed.
- Coach and develop your team, enabling them to provide world-class support to our selling partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to drive EU-wide initiatives and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and a talent for building relationships.
- A passion for developing others, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and a keen eye for spotting opportunities to drive innovation and scale.
