We are seeking a bright, ambitious, and customer-obsessed leader to build their career with our Marketplace team in Spain as the Manager for Selling Partner Recruitment and Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and growing our selling partner base across Spain.
  • Develop scalable solutions to help our selling partners succeed.
  • Coach and develop your team, enabling them to provide world-class support to our selling partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to drive EU-wide initiatives and goals.

  • Proven leadership experience, a strong commercial acumen, and a talent for building relationships.
  • A passion for developing others, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and a keen eye for spotting opportunities to drive innovation and scale.
