Job Description

As a key member of our EU Expansion Team, you will be responsible for recruiting and growing online sellers on Amazon's marketplace, helping them expand their businesses through exporting to all European countries. The successful candidate will analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities to help existing sellers succeed in the marketplace. You will work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve customer and seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
- Share learnings with your global counterparts to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
- Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.

Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of related experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or product management.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
