New Business Growth Specialist

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. - B76 is looking for a skilled New Business Growth Specialist to join their EU Export team. This role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and management consulting.

Main Responsibilities

* Achieve business and financial objectives by recruiting and growing online sellers on Amazon's marketplace.
* Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
* Work closely with Category teams to identify category specific growth opportunities.
* Analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities to help existing sellers succeed in the marketplace.

Requirements

* 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
* Fluency in English and another European language.
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management.
* Experience in e-commerce or retail.
* Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
