Dutch Language Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Language Support Specialist to join our team at Job Squad. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers in online banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to customers through chat, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Help customers set up accounts, resolve transaction issues, and identify and escalate fraud cases.
- Onboard new clients and improve internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.

- Competitive salary: from 1,600 EUR - 1,800 EUR per month.
