Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our team. As a Dutch Language Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, engaging with job seekers, conducting initial screening and interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through various channels and networks
- Engage with job seekers to understand their career goals and aspirations
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate fit
- Liaise with hiring managers to discuss candidate qualifications and provide recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Valid European Union passport
- Available for 4 months training in Greece
- Ability to work remotely post-training
