About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to support our B2B clients in their mission to plan their financial future. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support to B2B customers through various communication channels
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Troubleshooting, innovating, and managing change to drive business growth
  • Handling payment inquiries and resolving customer queries
  • Improving business processes to enhance customer satisfaction

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in English
