Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our fintech support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our clients via various communication channels, ensuring their financial technology needs are met.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with our team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Troubleshooting and Innovation: Troubleshoot technical issues, innovate solutions, and drive change management to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Payment Inquiries: Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Trustpilot Reviews: Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews, working to improve our overall company NPS through exceptional service.
- Flagging and Escalation: Flag and escalate customer queries, developing suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Business Process Mapping: Map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
- Technical Skills: Competency in using computers and relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Teamwork: A willingness to work collaboratively with our team to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
