Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to B2B customers through various communication channels, ensuring their financial future is planned and executed smoothly.
  2. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with colleagues to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer queries, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  4. Process Improvement: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
