We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Speaking Banking Support Specialist to join our team at Job Squad. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to users of our online banking app.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless and efficient support to Dutch users through chat
- Help customers set up accounts and resolve transaction issues
- Identify and escalate fraud cases
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Play a key role in onboarding new clients and improving internal processes
Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker with at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
