About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, helping them with their queries and concerns related to our crypto banking services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and develop new solutions.
  • Flag and escalate customer queries as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
