Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone calls (80% chats)
  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with excellent communication skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience
  • Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change
  • Handle payment inquiries and escalate customer queries
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dutch language at a native speaking level and C1 level in English
  • Competency in using computers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Interest in working in a tight-knit team for a smaller company
