About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist for Fintech Industry. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via chat, email, and phone calls, resolving their queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage and handle payment inquiries from customers through various client platforms, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Flag and escalate customer queries, providing suitable solutions and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
