WeWow is a cutting-edge fintech startup based in Valencia, Spain, and we're looking for a talented German-speaking CX Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
- As a CX Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, improving our overall customer experience.
