About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers primarily through chat, email, and phone calls (80% chats)
  • Work rotating shifts from 9am-6pm and 2pm-11pm
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change
  • Handle payment inquiries and escalate customer queries
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Interest in working in a tight-knit team for a smaller company
