Nexthink is seeking a highly skilled GTM Platform Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and implementing integrations and features for our various GTM platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partially own the GTM tech stack, leading the administration, management, and strategy of our various tools, including LeanData, Outreach, Allego, Marketo, and many more.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies.
  • Develop and document processes and drive enablement of our internal tools, and be a leader in change management and communications for the team.
  • Work in tandem with our analytics team to tell the top of funnel story to global marketing and sales leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement team as the SME on new features so proper sales enablement can be created.
  • Enable marketing and strategy team members on the process for requesting work within our platforms and the best platform to leverage based on their need.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing/go to market/sales operations.
  • Expert knowledge of tools within the revenue tech stack (such as LeanData, Outreach, Allego, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Collaborative nature.
  • Curiosity and an appetite for learning quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and proactive workstyle, willing to ask questions and consider alternative viewpoints.
  • A growth mindset.
  • An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
