Job Description

Go-to-Market Platform Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Go-to-Market Platform Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Go-to-Market Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and implementing integrations and features for our various GTM platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partially own the GTM tech stack, leading the administration, management, and strategy of our various tools, including LeanData, Outreach, Allego, Marketo, and more.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies.
  • Develop and document processes and drive enablement of our internal tools, leading change management and communications for the team.
  • Work closely with our analytics team to tell the top of funnel story to global marketing and sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team as the SME on new features to create proper sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience with GTM platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
