About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Strategic GTM Program Manager to join our VE Program Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic programs across various organizational realms, including Value Engineering, Product, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Ecosystem, Services, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conceptualize strategic programs, including data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Lead and oversee program execution from inception to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and mitigating potential risks.
  • Coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams, taking ownership of specific streams to ensure their success.
  • Report to executive management on program progress and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Outcome-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in effective and efficient project management, with a strong foundation in data analysis & modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
