About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic GTM Program Manager to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our Value Engineering Program Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conceptualize strategic programs, leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and oversee program execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams, fostering effective communication and ownership.
  • Take ownership of specific streams, driving their success and identifying potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Report to our executive management on program progress and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead by influence and build strong relationships.
  • Proven experience in effective and efficient project management, with a strong foundation in data analysis and modeling.
