Core Mission:

As a technical lead for GTM systems within the central Business Processes and Systems department, you will collaborate closely with various operational teams and business units involved in the go-to-market strategy, as well as the analytics team. Your role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and user-friendly systems processes that support this strategy. Leveraging your expertise in CRM systems and data architecture, along with your experience in sales operations, you will ensure that process implementations are optimized for scalability and quality. You will also facilitate alignment and coordination across GTM initiatives involving other Business Operations team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical business processes within GTM systems overseen by the Business Processes and Systems team.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to business partners during the ideation phases of GTM operations process designs.
  • Engage with stakeholders from business units and the GTM Strategy and Operations team to gather functional requirements for both internal and cross-departmental processes within centrally-managed GTM tools, transforming them into technical specifications for effective implementation.
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment and delivery of GTM-related technical initiatives involving the Business Processes & Systems team.
  • Lead a team of specialists focused on GTM systems projects and implementations, ensuring autonomous management of initiatives while reporting to the Head of Business Processes and Systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end initiatives and projects addressing cross-functional needs within the GTM motion.
  • Configure and set up centrally-managed GTM systems (CRM, Customer Success Tool, etc.) to align with business requirements and enhance overall user experience.
  • Implement scalable and maintainable technical solutions (user interfaces, forms, automation scenarios, etc.) to support business processes within GTM tools.
  • Prepare technical documentation and user interface guidelines to assist business functions in adopting the implemented technical solutions and processes.
  • Enable end users and business partners to effectively utilize the designed and implemented technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM implementations or Go-to-market systems implementation roles, alongside relevant experience in Sales operations within a SaaS environment (Salesforce is essential; experience with Hubspot or other CRMs is highly advantageous).
  • Admin-level knowledge of Custify or other Sales/Success and digital tools is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience working with the Make platform.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to translate roadmaps into actionable plans.
  • Fluency in English.
