Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans that align with our business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product launches and maximize market impact.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage and coordinate with stakeholders, including channel owners and partners, to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our GTM strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GTM management, product launches, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective market planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese is a plus.
