Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Go-to-Market Platform Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Go-to-Market Operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and aligning the efforts of Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to drive revenue growth and execute a unified go-to-market strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and Troubleshoot GTM Platforms: Own the administration, management, and strategy of our various GTM platforms, including LeanData, Outreach, Allego, Marketo, and others.
  • Process Development and Enablement: Develop and document processes, drive enablement of internal tools, and lead change management and communications for the team.
  • Analytics and Insights: Work closely with our analytics team to provide data-driven insights to global marketing and sales leadership.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team as the subject matter expert on new features to ensure proper sales enablement.
  • Marketing and Strategy Support: Enable marketing and strategy team members on the process for requesting work within our platforms and the best platform to leverage based on their needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, go-to-market, or sales operations.
  • Expert knowledge of tools within the revenue tech stack.
  • Collaborative nature, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
