Go-To-Market Strategy Manager for Travel Business Intelligence

Job Summary:

Amadeus is seeking a seasoned Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to drive revenue and profitability by executing our go-to-market strategy for the Travel Business Intelligence (TBI) portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to highlight the benefits of our products, lead commercial offers, and support post-sale to ensure customer retention and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key communication link between product, sales, and customers, distributing product information and capturing market feedback.
• Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products to secure renewals.
• Consult with customers to help them understand and choose the right data products to solve their problems and participate in large customer engagements to win and retain business.
• Partner with the Field and Account Management teams to build a robust GTM program, assisting with commercial proposals and closing sales.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and webinars to support new product launches and customer education.
• Build confidence and expertise within the sales force by serving as the go-to product expert, providing training, sharing best practices, and supporting field activities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Marketing/International Business Development.
• Experience in Travel, Aviation, or related field.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex data products to customers.
• Proven ability to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering customer-facing presentations and webinars.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
