Our B2B logistics platform connects companies looking to move pallets with our network of carriers. We offer shippers a web platform to quickly find the right truck and track shipments. Carriers can accept shipments through a mobile app, making it easy to grow and manage their business.

Your Role

As a Go-to-Market Specialist, you will support our Growth Team in France, focusing on B2B segments and industries. You will impact the business quickly and develop as the company grows.

You will partner with the French business unit on analytics and data-driven insights to accelerate growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining Go To Market strategies and building the GTM Plan, working closely with the French business unit.
  2. Identifying business opportunities and developing actionable insights to support growth and retention.
  3. Working closely with Sales to create feedback loops and accelerate growth.
  4. Leading business performance analysis, defining KPIs, segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning.
  5. Delivering Outbound Campaigns and improving delivery methods.
  6. Collaborating with other teams to ensure supported projects are delivered on time and to high quality.
  7. Defining and implementing outbound and inbound strategies for BUs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in startups.
  2. Fluency in French and Spanish.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with a proven track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  5. Good presentation skills to share and present analysis results.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse teams.
  7. Interest in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment.
  8. Availability: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
