Your Day-to-Day:
Ontruck's Growth Team is seeking a talented individual to support our Go-to-Market Strategy in France, focusing on our B2B segments and industries. The role will have a significant impact and will evolve as the business grows.
As a Go-to-Market Specialist, you'll have experience in growth strategies and be familiar with inbound, outbound, and/or ABM strategies. You'll work closely with the French business unit to provide analytics and data-driven insights to accelerate business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining Go-to-Market strategies and building the GTM Plan, working closely with the French business unit to implement the plan.
- Identifying business opportunities and developing actionable business insights to support growth and retention.
- Collaborating with Sales to create feedback loops and accelerate growth.
- Leading the understanding of business performance, defining KPIs, segmentation, targeting, strategic planning, and leveraging internal and external data assets to make informed decisions.
- Delivering outbound campaigns and devising ways to improve delivery. Providing recommendations to enable better decision-making for the business.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure supported projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Defining and implementing outbound and inbound strategies for the BUs.
- Additionally, you'll provide support in other projects, such as expansion and social media strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in startups.
- Fluent in French & Spanish.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical, intellectually curious, with a proven track record in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Good presentation skills to share and present analysis results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse teams.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
