**Job Title:** Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, Travel Business Intelligence

**Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to drive revenue and profitability by executing our go-to-market strategy for the Amadeus Agency Insights portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers, to highlight the benefits of our products, lead commercial offers, and support post-sale to ensure customer retention and renewals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Act as a key communication link between product, sales, and customers, distributing product information and capturing market feedback.

• Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products to secure renewals.

• Consult with customers to help them understand and choose the right data products to solve their problems and participate in large customer engagements to win and retain business.

• Partner with the Field and Account Management teams to build a robust GTM program, assisting with commercial proposals and closing sales.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and webinars to support new product launches and customer education.

• Build confidence and expertise within the sales force by serving as the go-to product expert, providing training, sharing best practices, and supporting field activities.

**Requirements:**

• 7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Marketing/International Business Development

• Experience in Travel, Aviation or related field

• Experience in working with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) and/or Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) will be an asset

• Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex data products to customers

• Proven ability to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell programs

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering customer-facing presentations and webinars

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
