About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at SAPEC, a leading company in the Broadcast/Telecom industry. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the European region, with a focus on the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit growth
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
  • Account management of existing accounts to guarantee customer satisfaction and sales continuity
  • Business development in new regions, including expansion into new markets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and CEO to drive sales and business growth
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in technical sales and/or business development in the Broadcast/Telecom industry
  • Skills in sales and negotiation, product presentation, and technical demonstrations
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
