International Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Start-Up Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on the German market
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and provide relevant information to foster relationships
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Track performance against KPIs to understand contribution to the team and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Native or full professional proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
- Understanding of German culture, markets, and sales processes
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial or Account Executive role
- Experience in managing or leading a commercial team
- Residence in or near Madrid for easy access to our operational hub
