Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Sales Officer to join our team at Sal-Tech Embalaje Sl. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Market Opportunity Identification
    • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for new customers, attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies, quotas, budgets, and short-term and long-range goals in support of business objectives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, development, and counseling as needed to drive sales performance and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance against budget, identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and revenue forecasting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or any business-related courses.
  • Experience
    • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing as a manager in a large corporation.
  • Skills
    • High knowledge and use of MS Office and Google Docs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in the English language (other EU language fluency is a bonus).
    • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales teams.
    • Deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them.
    • Experience with online marketing and lead generation.
    • Time management skills, self-motivated, and self-directed.
    • Able to work with diverse team members.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
